Refunds, returns, and payment disputes
This file explains when money can go back to your account, when we offer a credit instead, and how the process stays fair for a small business and for you. Principles in short
We do not use refunds as a way to make promises about your life outside the contract. A refund fixes a payment when the law or our own rules say a service was not as described, was not delivered in the agreed way, or falls inside a clear cooling-off window. United Kingdom consumers may have additional statutory rights for digital content, services, or distance sales; we do not ask you to give up rights that cannot legally be waived. The informational nature of the written material is stated before purchase, so dissatisfaction with style alone is only considered where a written guarantee at checkout explicitly allowed it.
Distance selling and the cooling-off idea
Many regions give consumers a time window to change their mind on distance sales. Exceptions often cover sealed digital content once you click “start” with understanding, and sometimes bespoke live sessions that were locked with your name. We follow the text that was binding when you paid. If a global rule gives you a longer or clearer right, it wins when the court or authority in your place says it must.
If we caused the problem

We may also offer a replacement session or a credit if you would rather not wait for a bank return.
After delivery of a session or file

A partial line of credit can still be discussed in good faith if a description on the page was wrong in a way you could not have seen, but we will not use slogans to promise a cash outcome in advance in this policy.
What we will not do
We will not return money to silence criticism that is true, to replace medical care, or to satisfy a request that comes months later without a legal basis in your country, after all parts were fairly supplied and described.
How to file a case
Email the inbox or the form with your name, the payment date, the method (card brand, last four digits you see on the receipt if any), and a short, dated statement of the issue. We may ask for a bank’s neutral transaction id or a short clip of an error only if that helps a processor trace the row. We answer within a small number of working days for the first line, and longer if a bank is in the middle.
When the card brand is involved
Chargebacks are not a second opinion line for ordinary dislike; card schemes may charge us fees. We share honest evidence with the network when a payment was in fact for a delivered, described service. It is still better to talk to us first so we can fix the story without a formal dispute, when fix is the word.
